Keeping you informed
All DA (District Association) Meets are run by Stewards who are usually Club members who have volunteered their time to help out their DA.
As a Steward you welcome everyone onto site, check their membership and take their fees.
Although we try not to be too “rule“ orientated we do adhere to, what
are more common sense rules.
We allow at least 6m between units, drive at a maximum of 5mph and keep our dogs on leads at all times, and clear up after them..
We are quiet after 11pm and do not allow ball games near cars and units.
As a DA we charge per unit night, but insist on a cash payment.
Cheque's are not accepted at any of the meets.
We cannot guarantee the weather, but can guarantee a warm welcome.

For Health and Safety reasons do not take toilet cassettes near to fresh drinking water taps.
If you need to rinse the cassette out , please take water in a separate
water carrier to do so.

The 2018 Season’s Stewards in attendance were presented with a Voucher for £18 to be used during 2019’s Season at any CDA meet.
For those who were unable to attend your vouchers are in the post for you.
Congratulations to Andy Warnock who won the week at Brean raffle prize. This raffle will continue throughout 2019’s seasons. Tickets will be available at most meets.

We have good news for you, after receiving confirmation from the Camping &Caravanning Club we can commence with rallies and THS sites from the 12th April. 2021
Which unfortunately means that our Easter/Charity meet is cancelled.
However after speaking to Landowners they are happy for our advertised meets to continue. The first meet will be at Muswell Leys Farm 16th -18th April .
These meets will have no social gatherings of any kind as in social evenings/coffee mornings and Government guidelines must be adhered to.
Site fees will be £10 PUN which must be placed in a clear plastic bag, along with a piece of paper with the the following information written on it:
On arrival at the meet please stay in your vehicle and the steward will take the bag from you and direct you to a pitch. At the current time there is no booking required for our forthcoming meets.

Coventry District Association
As instructed, by the Camping and Caravanning Club this will take place virtually via Zoom on Saturday 27th March 2021 @2.30pm. This is a change to our original date for the AGM that was published in the October magazine.
Members who wish to attend should register with Pam Kingsley Smith (firstname.lastname@example.org) and send a copy of your valid membership card. Places will be limited, therefore please register your interest, and send any questions you wish to have raised and any nominations you may have to Pam by 6th March 2021.
Prior to the AGM, the Zoom meeting details will be emailed to members who have registered to join the meeting along with all the relevant documents and reports.
Please consider coming forward to join our small committee.

Guidelines to all members for future meets with Coventry DA (subject to change)
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Please contact the sites steward for site availability on 07758 845734.
If you feel unwell with symptoms of Covid 19 (high temperature/continuous
cough/change in taste and smell) DO NOT ATTEND THIS MEET.
Please note there will be no showers/toilets available on these meets.
Pitches can not be saved.
Report to Steward but remain in your vehicle.
Please have ready WRITTEN ON A PIECE OF PAPER WITH CORRECT MONEY PLACED IN A PLASTIC FREEZER BAG FOR STEWARD TO COLLECT ON ARRIVAL:
YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND E-MAIL ADDRESS.
YOUR VEHICLES REGISTRATION NUMBER, YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, TYPE OF UNIT IE: CARAVAN, MOTOR HOME, TENT OR TRAILER TENT, YOUR DISTRICT ASSOCIATION, NUMBER OF NIGHTS ATTENDING THE MEET,
NUMBERS OF ADULTS AND NUMBER OF CHILDREN IN YOUR UNIT.
The Steward will then direct you to your pitch.
Campers must provide their own PPE equipment (gloves, masks, sanitizers, hand sprays)
FOR USE ON SITE.
All current Government guidelines must be followed.
Please read onsite notice board.
If you feel unwell on site contact steward by phone and you must leave site immediately.
No day visitors allowed on site.
These guidelines MUST be adhered to for the safety of everyone.
Members failing to comply will be asked to leave the site.

We have a very strong committee who are committed to ensuring everyone who camps and caravans with us, have a lovely time no matter how long or short your stay.
All committee members are unpaid volunteers.
With a wealth of experience in camping and caravanning there is
always help at hand when needed.
Our meets are varied, and at times we have entertainment and get together's, at other times we have peace and quiet.
It is up to you how much you wish to be involved, we welcome your
attendance and respect your privacy.
