Here are some of our memories of a wonderful meet.

Thank you all for making it so successful.

Manor Farm Caravan Site

Kites Hardwick

Manor Farm Kites Hardwick. 10 units arrived during Friday afternoon and early evening on this lovely site. We awoke on Saturday to sun which just got nicer and hotter as the day went on! We chatted, relaxed and BBQd. Perfect day! On Sunday we all got together for coffee morning and chatted and made the most of the warm weather again. We were entertained by the gorgeous black welsh lambs

who were running and playing in the fields.

I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend just as much as we did.

Thank you

Avon Bank Meadow

28th April - 1st May

May Day Bank Holiday weekend

Although the weather was very mixed during the weekend it didn’t

seem to hamper everyone's enjoyment of this beautiful site.

There were lovely walks both into the village and a little further into Pershore.

An abundance of Farm Shops were in easy reach along with

Antique and Garden Centres, plus lots of shops for all tastes

both in the local town and a little further beyond in Evesham.

Below are a few snaps taken of the site and the surrounding area.

New Members …. And Old! Meet

Southam Rugby Club

What a fantastic weekend was enjoyed by all. Friday night we were mystified by the brilliant Magician Paul Kybert, a ring magically disappeared and then re-appeared in a sealed envelope, a £10 note vanished only to re-appear in a lemon!!!! A rabbit, yes a real live rabbit popped up from a hat, water refused to pour out of an upturned tumbler and bottles of wine vanished into thin air…….and so much more it would take too long to describe, to say we were all impressed is an understatement. Saturday afternoon we had fun and laughter in the Archery competition, all ages tried their luck at hitting the target, some expertly, and some not so, but how good it was to see everyone come together, competing with, yet supporting each other. We all got together early evening and enjoyed a smashing hog roast together, which took us straight into an evening where we were up on our feet dancing the night away to the fabulous solo artist Derek James. He certainly wowed the crowd and kept everyone entertained throughout the night.

Sunday morning we enjoyed a biscuit and cuppa, whilst the raffle was drawn, prizes were awarded for the highest scores in Archery and the Bonus Ball winners were announced.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at this memorable meet,

we very much hope you to see you all real soon.

Last but not least, thank you to everyone who helped put up and take down the Party Tents, put chairs out and then put them away!!! What ever you did, it was very much appreciated by the committee.

New Members … and Old! meet

12th - 14th May

Greenhill Park, Bearley

Thank you to Andy and Jackie Flear for Stewarding the meet and organising a smashing “Pudding Night”. It was a great success with innumerous puddings for everyone to sample and tip those they felt deserved to win.

There were so many presented that seconds or maybe thirds were on offer during the evening, and the remainders were finished at Coffee Morning!!!

Well done and a huge thank you to all who brought along their delights

and helped raise £32.10 for the

Northampton and Warwickshire Air Ambulance.

19th - 21st May

The Blue Lias, Stockton

Thanks to Gary, Sue, Lucy and Jess for Stewarding this very popular meet.

It was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended. The weather was mixed

but on the whole dry and allowed everyone to get out and about

and enjoy this lovely setting.

Merry Weather Farm

Hook Norton Road

Chipping Norton

First the stewards would like to thank all the members who attended this meet as we met some lovely people from all over the country some staying for the duration and some just passing through.

The site itself was excellent with a lovely flat field and exceptionally good facilities. Thanks to site staff who were only too pleased to help us. Apart from the Bank Holiday Monday the weather was glorious with sunshine every day. What was very nice to see was the amount of children on the site who were very well behaved.

It was a pleasure to steward such a meet as this and we hope to see you all

May Day weekend 2018.

Central Counties Regional Meet

CDA’s Street Scene

Congratulations to Karen and Keith Powers for such a wonderful creation.

23rd - 25th   June

The Paddocks, Stockton

Thank you Peter and Edith for Stewarding the weekend. We had yet again a good turn out with 13 units on-site. There were only a few table top sales but thank you for raising an additional £9 towards the Air Ambulance collection.

We all enjoyed a lovely weekend added to which Peter and Edith provided us

with jam and cream scones on Saturday afternoon, when we were able to chat

amongst old and new friends.

30th June - 2nd July

Stratford Racecourse

Well what can we say!!! ?

To begin with a HUGE thank you to Ann, Pam and Dave for being such amazing Stewards, and for Christine and Glenn for stepping in to support them  site the

104 units that attended this smashing meet.

We were delighted to see so many units arrive from all over the Country,

and to one unit all the way from New Zealand! I don’t for one minute think

they just came for CDA’s meet though!!!!

The weather was brilliant, with a cooling breeze just when you needed it.

Lots of people took a walk around the Boot Fair on Saturday morning in

the adjoining field. Then many walked, rode or drove into Stratford to shop,

watch the live Theatre Productions and walk around the River Festival.

Lots to do for everyone.

Please put it in your diaries for next year!

Happy Safe Camping and Caravanning.

Looking forward to seeing you all before then though we hope.

Stratford Riverside THS 2017

Below is a short snippet of my short stay at Stratford Riverside THS.

Thank you to Christine and Glenn for their tremendous hard work and dedication running the meet. Unfortunately I could only help on site for a few days but I managed to take a couple early morning strolls around the site and you can see from the photographs what there is to offer!!! Including the resident heron who was un phased by humans! It was great to see a family having some old fashioned fun with the more modern version of bubble blowing.

11th - 13th August - Foxholes, Crick

Twelve units arrived on Friday afternoon to this pleasant site just outside Crick.

Though the weather was a bit mixed we were able to get out and about and relax. Several fisherman spent Saturday around the lake trying to catch those

elusive big fish! A few families only stayed the one night as they were off to the continent for their summer holidays together.

On Sunday morning the weather was glorious and we all had a nice

chat at coffee morning.

We hope you all enjoyed the weekend.
